Hi,

I developed a website where I used Visifire for charting. It is working fine when we run it normally bt when it is hosted on IIS server the graph is not displayed. All we can see is a white screen in the chart area and there are no page errors also. Can you please help me in displayig the graph.

I am attaching the screenshot of a page in my website.

Thanks in Advance

Anusha

Hi Anusha,

1) Check whether SL.Visifire.Charts.xap and Visifire.js are uploaded at correct directory. Also type the direct path of SL.Visifire.Charts.xap in address bar of the browser and try to download it to make sure that its uploaded to right directory.

2) Set MIME type for XAP file in IIS.

Eva

Hi Eva,

While hosting the website itself I did the two things you suggested and I checked the same once again.
They are configured as you suggested. Did I miss anything else.?

Well now if you have set MIME type for xap file in IIS and if SL.Visifire.Charts.xap and Visifire.js are uploaded then try to download them using your browser. Check whether you are able to download those two files or not. If you are able to download both files then make sure whether the path for SL.Visifire.Charts.xap and Visifire.js files are written properly in your code.

Eva

Hi,

It worked when I installed .Net Framework 4.0 and silverlight runtime in the server machine.
